Bianca McKenzie is based in London as the Head of Claims Preparation and Valuations UK at Aon. She specialises in business interruption and has led the quantification and management of a number of major, complex and high-profile property and cyber losses.
Industry types include automotive, chemical, pharmaceutical, construction, electronics, food, packaging, meat, pulp and paper, shipbuilding, telecommunications, fashion, education, financial and professional services, healthcare, hospitality, transport and energy.
In addition, Bianca has worked on multiple national catastrophe losses which arose from the Japanese tsunami 2011, Thailand floods 2011 and New Zealand Earthquakes 2011.
Before joining Aon in April 2012, Bianca worked at Cunningham Lindsey New Zealand as a senior BI adjuster, working within the catastrophe response unit. Bianca assessed claims arising from the Christchurch Earthquakes 2011 across a variety of industries.
Prior to joining Cunningham Lindsey New Zealand, Bianca had worked at Matson, Driscoll and Damico, Forensic Accountants. At MD&D Bianca consulted on business interruption, fraud investigations, litigation, product recall and subrogation across industries types.
