Brent Wilner

Brent Wilner is Associate Regional Director for the SEC’s Los Angeles Regional Office and in that role is co-head of enforcement for the office. He joined the SEC in 2014 and has previously served as the Assistant Regional Director for the Enforcement Division’s Asset Management Unit. Prior to joining the SEC, Brent worked at Sidley Austin in Los Angeles, and clerked for Judge William Alsup in the Northern District of California. Brent also has taught securities regulation at USC’s Gould School of Law.
