Caz Hashemi is head of Wilson Sonsini’s litigation department and a member of the firm’s board of directors. He is nationally recognized as one of the top litigators in the country, regularly representing clients in both high-stakes securities litigation and government investigation matters. Caz is ranked by Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business for both securities litigation and government investigations—a unique distinction that gives him a rare perspective as he works to secure the best possible outcomes for his clients.
