Christoffer Lee

Christoffer Lee is a seasoned trial lawyer and former federal and state prosecutor with extensive experience handling high-stakes and sensitive corporate investigations, complex litigation and white collar defense. He advises companies, executives and boards confronting multidimensional legal, regulatory and reputational risks.

Serving as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Northern District of California, he led investigations and prosecutions involving investment schemes, health care, securities, tax and corporate fraud, money laundering, network intrusions and obstruction of justice, as well as crimes exploiting emerging technology and cryptocurrency. He most recently prosecuted cases in the Corporate and Securities Fraud section and served as the district’s artificial intelligence coordinator.
