David Reece

David Reece serves as Senior Legal Counsel at AT&T, where he has been since 2023, where he works on government investigations and litigation. He has spent considerable time at the SEC as well, serving in a variety of positions in the SEC’s Fort Worth office, including Regional Trial Counsel and Assistant Regional Director as part of the FCPA Unit.
