Doug Miller
Regional Trial Counsel, LARO, SEC
Douglas M. Miller is the Regional Trial Counsel at the SEC’s Los Angeles Regional Office, where he oversees all the enforcement litigation brought by that office. Prior to joining the SEC, Doug worked as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Public Corruption and Civil Rights Section of the United States Attorney’s Office in the Central District of California. There, he spent over a decade handling several high-profile public corruption prosecutions. Before that, Doug served as a Captain in the Air Force JAG Corps. He is a 1999 graduate of Fordham Law School in New York City and 1996 graduate of Moravian College in Bethlehem, PA.
