Eric Phillips is a Supervisory Trial Counsel and former Branch Chief in the Enforcement Division of the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. He is currently the co-head of the trial unit in the SEC's Chicago Regional Office, where he supervises litigated cases in the SEC's Chicago Regional Office. Mr. Phillips has also served as first-chair trial counsel in jury trials resulting in favorable verdicts for the SEC.
