Gary Leung
Assistant Regional Director, LARO, SEC
Gary has been with the SEC for 12 years - currently serving as the Associate Regional Director and the Co-Head of Enforcement Program for Los Angeles Regional Office. Prior to this role, Gary served as Regional Trial Counsel, supervising all litigated enforcement actions brought by LA Regional Office.
Prior to his time at the SEC, Gary was partner at McGuireWoods LLP, litigating intellectual property and other commercial disputes in federal and state court. Gary attended Northwestern University Law School.
