Izzy Ramsey

Izzy served as the 53rd United States Attorney for the Northern District of California, appointed by President Biden and confirmed by voice vote by the United States Senate.

As the chief federal law enforcement officer for a district encompassing Silicon Valley and one of the largest concentrations of public companies in the United States, Izzy led an office of 130 prosecutors and more than a hundred professional staff handling complex matters at the intersection of technology, global commerce, and federal regulation.

The work included securities and accounting fraud, export controls, cybercrime, trade secret theft, economic espionage, AI-related misconduct, healthcare fraud, and public corruption. The role required more than prosecutorial decision-making. It required executive leadership, institutional governance, enterprise risk assessment, crisis management, and principled discretion in matters with national and global implications.

Throughout his career, Izzy has operated at the intersection of law, business, and public trust.
