After spending more than 20 years working and then running consumer product

companies Jerry started White Sky in Silicon Valley in 2005. After 11 years as CEO the

company was sold to what is now Point Wild Holdings. Once the transaction was

complete Jerry founded CyEx and focused on the business servicing the Data Breach

and Privacy litigation channels with a portfolio of unique services for affected class

members. CyEx has serviced every large Data Breach settlement in the last 5 years,

including Capital One, T-Mobile, Morgan Stanley, Aflac, MGM, Zywave/Insuretech,

Kemper Insurance, Banner Health, AJ Gallagher and more than 2,100 others by

providing class members with Financial Shield, Medical Shield and now Privacy Shield.
