Ji Won Kim is a partner in Norton Rose Fulbright's Los Angeles office. Ji Won guides global clients through all facets of cybersecurity and privacy risk management, strategy, governance and incident response. She is a trusted advisor to clients seeking to enhance their cybersecurity and privacy posture and develop compliance programs. In time of crisis, Ji Won manages complex cybersecurity investigations, including those involving sophisticated threat actors focused on critical infrastructure entities. Leveraging her significant experience in cross-border investigations and litigation, she engages with regulators and resolves related disputes on behalf of clients across a wide spectrum of industries.
Prior to joining Norton Rose Fulbright, Ji Won provided counsel on cybersecurity and privacy, white-collar investigation and civil litigation matters at large law firms. Earlier in her career, she served as a judicial law clerk at the Michigan Supreme Court.
Ji Won is an adjunct lecturer in law at the USC Gould School of Law and a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US).
