Joshua Rusenko is a Director in KPMG’s Forensics practice based in Silicon Valley office. Josh has overseen numerous internal investigations and post-resolution corporate monitorships on matters including violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, antitrust laws, and accounting fraud, including a growing number of parallel proceedings involving multiple international agencies. He also regularly advises clients on designing and implementing effective investigations programs, leveraging guidance from regulators, thought leadership, and use of advanced data analytics tools
