Rachel Lowe is a seasoned litigator who defends companies in high-stakes class actions, complex commercial disputes, and regulatory matters. She represents clients across industries, with particular strength in the food and beverage, retail, insurance, and technology sectors.

Rachel is at the forefront of defending companies against evolving privacy litigation, including claims under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California Invasion of Privacy Act (CIPA), federal Electronic Communications Privacy Act (ECPA), Video Privacy Protection Act (VPPA), and other state and federal statutes. She advises clients on risk mitigation and compliance while vigorously defending both cutting-edge advertising privacy class actions, traditional data breach matters, and investigations.

In her food and beverage and advertising practice, Rachel defends manufacturers, distributors, and retailers in consumer class actions involving false advertising, pricing, and product-related claims and government investigations.
