Spencer Lynch

Spencer C. Lynch is the Managing Director for Aon Cyber Solutions in its London office, and also maintains an active case load of litigation and data breach investigations. Mr. Lynch has led and performed preservation and analysis of thousands of digital devices. His analysis has resolved questions regarding document authenticity, accesses of inappropriate material, recovery of deleted files and destruction of electronic evidence. In addition, Mr. Lynch has led the review of network and server log files in breaches of multinational entities to determine the source of compromise and the scope of data impacted.

Mr. Lynch has been accepted as an expert witness in digital forensics by multiple United States District Courts and the High Court in London.
