Stephen Kam

Stephen Kam is a Senior Trial Counsel in the Division of Enforcement for the Los Angeles Regional Office (LARO) of the SEC.  Prior to joining the SEC, he was an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Criminal Division in the Western District of Texas, where he was the OCDETF supervisor.  Prior to that, he worked at Shearman & Sterling LLP in New York and Morrison & Foerster LLP in San Francisco.
