Welcome to Securities Enforcement Forum 2021 - Virtual Event!

Securities Enforcement Forum 2021 is the preeminent securities enforcement conference in the world. It is a unique, one-day conference that brings together current and former senior SEC officials, securities enforcement and white-collar attorneys, in-house counsel and compliance executives, and other top professionals in the field. Held annually in Washington, D.C. since 2012, this year’s conference will be a virtual event, taking place online on Thursday, November 4, 2021.

Securities Enforcement Forum 2021 will be highlighted by a Keynote by SEC Chair Gary Gensler. It will also feature a ”Directors’ Panel” that will offer insights from SEC Enforcement Director Gurbir Grewal, as well as six former SEC Enforcement Directors. 

The event will include a full day of panels on the most pressing and critical topics in securities enforcement, including cryptocurrency, cybersecurity, financial and accounting fraud, litigation and investigation strategies, whistleblowers, and much more. The conference will feature an unparalleled faculty, including many current senior SEC enforcement officials and over three dozen other luminaries in the securities enforcement field.
