Welcome to Securities Enforcement Forum West 2020 - Virtual Event!

Securities Enforcement Forum West is a unique, one-day conference that brings together hundreds of current and former senior SEC and DOJ officials, securities enforcement and white-collar attorneys, in-house counsel and compliance executives, and other top professionals in the field. In light of global precautions for the COVID-19 Coronavirus, this year’s conference will be a virtual event, taking place online on Tuesday, May 12, 2020. It will feature a Keynote speech from Steven Peikin, Co-Director of the SEC’s Division of Enforcement. 

Securities Enforcement Forum West will also showcase an extraordinary “Director’s Panel” featuring Erin E. Schneider and Michele Wein Layne (Directors of the SEC’s San Francisco and Los Angeles Regional Offices, respectively) as well as several other former SEC Regional Directors . The conference’s stellar faculty – including numerous senior SEC enforcement officials and over two dozen other luminaries in the securities enforcement field — will discuss the most important issues now facing attorneys and professionals who work in this area.
