Jeremy Gittler is the Cyber Practice Leader and Head of Cyber Claims for the Americas region at AXA XL. After working as a litigator in New York City for several years, he brings 15-years of experience in Cyber and Technology claims handling, including 9-years at AXA XL, where he leads large team of experienced attorneys / claims handlers in coordinating and implementing data breach response and crisis management services for AXA XL, as well as any litigation or regulatory matters emanating from the incident. Jeremy is also the winner of the Claims Magazine / America’s Claims Executive 2019 Customer Champion Award, which honors a claims professional who has gone above and beyond to serve his or her customers to provide a seamless and supportive experience.
