Colleen Keating

Colleen Keating is Senior Counsel in the Division of Enforcement. Prior to joining the SEC in 2016, Colleen was a litigator at Klee, Tuchin, Bogdanoff & Stern LLP and Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP. She also clerked for the Honorable Philip S. Gutierrez of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. Colleen obtained her J.D. from UCLA School of Law, where she served as a Senior Editor of the UCLA Law Review and was named to the Order of the Coif, and her B.A. magna cum laude from Rice University.
