Welcome to Securities Enforcement Forum West 2022!
Securities Enforcement Forum West is a unique, one-day conference that brings together hundreds of current and former senior SEC officials, securities enforcement and white-collar attorneys, in-house counsel and compliance executives, and other top professionals in the field. This year’s conference will be held on Thursday, May 12, 2022 at the extraordinary Four Seasons Hotel at East Palo Alto, and will also be available for attendees to view live online.
Securities Enforcement Forum West will showcase a must-see Keynote Address by SEC Enforcement Director Gurbir Grewal. It will also feature an extraordinary “Director’s Panel” featuring Michele Wein Layne and Monique Winkler (of the SEC’s Los Angeles and San Francisco Regional Offices, respectively) and a new “In-House” panel made up of in-house counsel from companies including Uber, Charles Schwab, Lyft and Snap, Inc.
The conference’s stellar faculty – including nearly a dozen senior SEC enforcement officials and over 30 other luminaries in the securities enforcement field — will discuss the most important issues now facing attorneys and professionals who work in this area.
