Welcome to Securities Enforcement Forum 2023!

Securities Enforcement Forum is the preeminent securities enforcement conference in the world. It is a unique, one-day conference that brings together current and former senior SEC officials, securities enforcement and white-collar attorneys, in-house counsel and compliance executives, and other top professionals in the field. Held annually in Washington, D.C. since 2012, this year’s conference will be held on Wednesday, October 25, 2023 at the historic Mayflower Hotel in Washington, D.C., and will also be available for attendees to view live online.

Securities Enforcement Forum 2023 will showcase an extraordinary Keynote Address by SEC Chair Gary Gensler, followed by a Q&A session. It was also feature a must-see Keynote discussion with SEC Enforcement Director Gurbir Grewal.
