PLEASE NOTE: We do not file attendance reports or certificates with state bars for individual attorneys. You will need to self-report. For states other than Delaware and all reciprocal states, we are not providing CLE.

If you require a record of your virtual attendance at Securities Enforcement Forum 2023, please go to the “Attendance Records/Evaluations” tab and confirm the sessions you attended.

Approval Received

The state bars below have approved Securities Enforcement Forum 2023 for CLE credit.


Reciprocal Approval

The state bars below have, via reciprocity with Delaware, approved Securities Enforcement Forum 2023 for CLE accreditation. This means that since one state bar has already approved CLE for this program, CLE is therefore generally acceptable for use toward satisfying a CLE requirement in each of the state bars below.

Other states may also approve CLE for this event, please check with your specific state to determine how to apply for CLE.


The virtual platform for Securities Enforcement Forum:

  • Uses certain attendance verification tools (such as periodic “Alertness Checks”);
  • Maintains a detailed record of your attendance of each of the sessions; and
  • Can confirm your attendance at each session.
