Welcome to Securities Enforcement Forum West 2024! 

Securities Enforcement Forum West is a unique, one-day conference that brings together hundreds of current and former senior SEC officials, securities enforcement and white-collar attorneys, in-house counsel and compliance executives, and other top professionals in the field. This year’s conference will be held on Thursday, May 23, 2024 at the extraordinary Four Seasons Silicon Valley, and will also be available for attendees to view live online.

Securities Enforcement Forum West will showcase two must-see Keynote Addresses, by SEC Enforcement Director Gurbir Grewal and U.S. Attorney Ismail Ramsey. It will also feature an extraordinary “Directors' Panel” featuring Monique Winkler and Kate Zoladz (of the SEC’s San Francisco and Los Angeles Regional Offices, respectively) and eight other panels. The conference’s stellar faculty – including numerous senior SEC enforcement and DOJ officials and over 30 other luminaries in the securities enforcement field — will discuss the most important issues now facing attorneys and professionals who work in this area.
